To make a booking you can use our online booking system at the top of the page, or call us directly on +44 (0)1631 562 107. When making a booking (either online or by phone) you will be required to pay for your first night of accommodation as a deposit (so make sure you have your credit or debit card handy!). If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch – our friendly staff are happy to help!
Please bring photographic identification with you – you will need it to check-in to our hostel.
If anyone in your group is under the age of 18, please contact us directly using the number above.
**Please note that all of our accommodation is is dormitory style rooms and the minimum age requirement to stay with us is 18 years old. We can accommodate families with children but they must book an entire room for sole occupancy as children cannot stay in dormitory rooms with other guests**

Unfortunately, due to past experiences, we are unable to accommodate Stag or Hen parties 🙁
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to arrival will receive a 90% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable.
(Please note that in order to receive a 90% refund; you must cancel prior to 12.00 noon the day before your booking is due to commence)
